Platinum Select acts as a legitimate introduction service for Escorts who seek to be actively placed on their database. This agreement is hereby made forthwith between Platinum Select and any applicant whose name appears on the submitted subscription form. (From hereinafter known as "The Escort")

It is agreed as follows:

1. The Escort, must at all times notify Platinum Select immediately of any changes, whether it be personal circumstances, change of address, change of contact number or any other relevant information that we would need in order to maintain the database.

2. We Platinum Select agree not to divulge with any third party, your personal details given when registering, which are taken in - and remain in - the strictest confidence with ourselves.

3. Once you have signed this agreement, you The Escort, have the right to terminate your position with Platinum Select at any time; we will then confirm this with you personally upon receipt of such notice.

4. This agreement shall come in to full force and effect from the date of acceptance by Platinum Select and shall continue unless terminated by either party.

5. Platinum Select shall be entitled to make such alterations, enhancements, improvements or developments of or to the specifications of the service as it may deem fit, but shall give The Escort reasonable notice of these changes prior to implementing the same.

6. Anyone who terminates their membership will be asked to register again with Platinum Select for the standard subscription fee before their reinstatement on the active database can resume.

7. Platinum Select shall be entitled to change payment gateway providers or payment processors to maintain continuous membership. All arrangements shall be dealt with securely and reasonable notice of these changes will be given.

8. You The Escort must not bring Platinum Select into disrepute.

9. Platinum Select will promote to Clients who in turn will contact The Escort directly.

10. This agreement can be cancelled at any time and you, The Escort, for doing so, will not incur a cancellation fee.

11. Nothing in the agreement shall create, or be deemed to create a partnership, or the relationship of employer and employee between the parties.

12. We Platinum Select stress that in no way shall we be responsible for any aspect of any incident in any form whatsoever which may occur with a Escort, Client or both.

13. We Platinum Select cannot guarantee the amount of interest that will result, as this will depend solely on an individual Escort basis.

14. Technical failure of management or other causes may prevent us from providing a service and we will accept no liability if events stop us Platinum Select from doing so.

15. If you would like to know more about the protection and remedies under this form of agreement you should contact your local Trading Standards department.

16. We Platinum Select recommend that you The Escort attain some sort of personal insurance in case of minor accidents, as we accept no responsibility from any such accidents as stated in clause 11.

17. If You The Escort are found to be in breach of these terms and conditions then we Platinum Select reserve the right to terminate this agreement.

18. Credit/ Debit card payments will automatically be processed on renewal, unless cancelled in writing or e-mail at least 5 days for weekly escorts, 21 days for monthly escorts, and 30 days for 6 monthly of yearly prior to the date of renewal. We reserve the right to change the payment processing company and any transaction details will be passed to them.

19. Further and as a separate obligation The Escort, from the date of termination of this agreement, will not canvass or solicit in competition with Platinum Select either on his or its own behalf or on the behalf of any other person, firm or corporation without the written consent of Platinum Select.

20. If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. This agreement and the conditions contained herein shall constitute the whole agreement between Platinum Select and The Escort. The English Law of Great Britain shall govern this agreement and the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

21. This agreement represents the entire agreement and understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior undertakings and representations, whether written or oral and this agreement may only be modified if such modification is in writing and signed by Platinum Select and The Escort.

22. We reserve the right to suspend your membership with us if you are at the time in question supplying contact information that can not contact you. Your account will be left in a suspended state but not cancelled until you update your contact details to be present and active.

23. Money exchanged in legal adult personal services is simply for time and companionship anything else that takes place is a matter of personal choice between two or more consulting adults of legal age. Anything implied or inferred within these pages is not to be taken as inducement for payment for anything other than time and companionship.

5. Technical failure of management or other causes may prevent us from providing a service and we will accept no liability if events stop us Platinum Select from doing so.

6. Platinum Select cannot be held responsible if an advertiser is no longer available on the telephone number supplied.

7. Platinum Select shall be entitled to make such alterations, enhancements, improvements or developments of or to the specifications of the service as it may deem fit.

8. Credit/ Debit card payments will automatically be processed on renewal date, unless cancelled in writing or e-mail at unless cancelled in writing or e-mail at least 5 days for weekly members, 21 days for monthly members, and 30 days for 6 monthly/yearly members prior to the date of renewal.
